Return Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition – as they were dispatched from PROJECT:1.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email our customer service returns team at returns@projectoneapparel.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. After receiving a RA number, please mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (we are aiming to offer free returns real soon!). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning your item(s).

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange an exchange.

Please note, items must be in the exact condition as they were when there were dispatched by PROJECT:1 and we hold no responsibility for any third-party delivery services and the service they provide. PROJECT:1 also reserves the right to cancel a refund if the returned item is not deemed to meet the condition that it was dispatched in.
